Just words

Thanksgiving this year was.... wonderful. I asked for the opportunity to cook the turkey, stuffing, potatoes, 5 pies, and carrots. I also planned it all and decorated everything for 32 people. It was a wonderful day. It was a challenge for me but everything went perfectly. My only wish is that everyone would have stayed around longer but we all have two families and must support both. Later that night we all went to The Christmas Carol ( NOT CHILDREN APPROPRIATE). It was a great day. I love my family so much. We for some reason choose to battle with our families the most and get angry quickly but we all forgive and come closer together and I'm thankful for that.

In other news for those who don't know we are pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! About 11 weeks and I've been pretty sick but nothing like Paisley. It's also starting to go away woooHOOOO. This little one should come in June which will make June a really busy month, I just keep trying to remember that this is for the best and we can make it.

Today was sunday and the day was not going well. Dad watched Paisley and I slept til 7:30 (thanks dad) but then I woke up with the pukies! Paisley didn't listen to anything we asked her to do and it was just a tough morning. Once we got there Paisley ran up to see grandpa on the stand. Soon I see my little girl grabbing the helper stand and standing up on it to see over the short wall. I got nervous for a second and then I noticed that she was folding her arms being very reverent. Grandpa asked her to be a reverent example and she was doing a wonderful job. She stayed up there for 8 minutes with the chapel full and the overflow about 25 rows back, a very busy sunday. She did such a good job and then she came down like a big girl and sat with us. I almost cried seeing her grow up too fast up there. She should not be able to do that at 30 months but I've always known that she is pretty amazing. Sorry no pictures!

Congratulations, Katie & Brett! You are such great parents already that having another will be a breeze for you, I bet! I am being totally sincere in that remark because I've seen you in action with Paisley. She is no different than any of the other little spirits that are coming right now. It seems like they are all full of life and "extra" energy. We sure love having your family in our ward...you are amazing examples! Love, Tami
