This year for Thanksgiving I was in charge of making 2 pies, a peppermint ice cream cake, and stuffing. This was my first big dive into making a lot for thanksgiving. The pumpkin pies I made all from scratch and they were like so so good. I was really impressed with them. I also made the best stuffing in the world. I got the recipe from williams n sonoma and everyone loved it. It can be very scary making new foods in some families. We sometimes get use to always having the same things and when something new takes something "olds" place.... there can be real problems. But really everyone loved everything. Sure makes it not as scary for next year.
